Do Sootheez slides fit big or small?
They fit true to size but slightly bigger so you can wear them with socks. Please check the size chart in the product page to make sure you get the right size. Keep in mind that Sootheez slides are open toed so cover a range of sizes.
Do Sootheez cure foot pain?
Most of the reviews from our customers who experience foot pain, say that our slippers help a lot for the foot pain, arthritis, plantar fasciitis, reduce swelling , muscle soreness, calf cramping and improve circulation but we don't claim that they cure foot pain.
Sootheez slides are not a medical product but they do sooth with each step and absorb the position of your foot, making it more comfortable then most footwear.
Do they shrink in the sun?
Our slides are made of EVA, the squishiest, most comfortable material. There are micro air pockets the compress when overheated causing them to shrink slightly. Eva is not resistant to extremely high temperatures and can not be exposed to sunlight for a very long time.

Are they as comfy as they look?
Sootheez slippers/sandals are very comfy. Soft & sturdy as needed and have good resilience.
Are they made for wide feet?
Yes, Sootheez slides are like pillow and fit wide feet.
Do you produce mens size?
Yes, we do produce up to men size 12 (US size)
What are they made of?
For soft compression, comfort and durability, most of our products are made of EVA. The calorific value of EVA is similar to that of oil. So you can say that EVA is rather environmentally friendly.
They are more stiff than advertised, why is this?
The Ethylene Vinyl Acetate or Eva material we use, is designed to break in over time. They are supposed to be stiff right when you get them. If you want to skip the “break in” period, then soak them in warm water for 15 minutes.
Are they designed with arch support?
The quick answer is NO but the material is designed to soothe and relieve pressure off your feet.
Something is missing from the order
While our packers are pretty great at getting your order together, very rarely they may leave an item out from the order. If this happens, please just reach out to us and we can get this sorted for you. If this happens, we will require a photo of what you received for verification purposes.

We are located in Chicago, IL.
How do I cancel my order?
If after placing your order you realize you’ve made a mistake or no longer want the order, then we can process a cancellation if the order hasn't shipped yet. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the order hasn’t shipped, we should be able to cancel your order and process a refund for you.
Note: There is a $6.99 restocking fee for all order cancellations so please make sure you place an order after you are 100% sure for the purchase.
Once your order has been shipped it is too late to cancel your order.
Pre-orders cannot be canceled since we are custom producing them for you after you place a pre-order. If you insist to cancel the pre-order there will be a $22 preorder cancelation fee.
Where Sootheez are manufactured?
Sootheez are manufactured in Shanghai due to cheaper production cost and shipping. We ship directly from our production warehouse in Shanghai. Please read our shipping policy.
Most of our products are intended for personal use and involve direct contact with parts of the body, therefore cannot be re-used by another individual. That is why we have decided that all of our sales should be final at the exception of items damaged in transit. If it’s a defective product, we will ship you a new one. Please read more here...
All our orders except the US are subject to customs charges, depending on the country you are shipping them to. We recommend you check your countries policy on this prior to ordering. Usually a note will be posted through your door advising you of this charge, and your item will not be delivered or be available for collection until the charge has been paid. We are not able to refund any customs charges.
